The Living Blueprint is also the “working document” that is used to populate and initialize the DeSASim^® engine as it is applied to the prediction of future performance.

Living Blueprints can be created two ways: 1) with the assistance of DeSA-trained Planning Consultants or 2) by licensees of either the Business Explorer or Business Explorer - Shared Source products.

In either case, it is highly probable that DeSA Planning Consultants will assist in building the initial Living Blueprint for a licensee.  This exercise will be carried out in a manner designed to build confidence in final Blueprint results and to assure that the licensee fully understands the methodology and procedures involved.  DeSA is prepared to participate to whatever extent the licensee desires in future Blueprint developments.

DeSA uses a rapid development process that takes about a month’s time – less with information readily available.  DeSA Consultants are also prepared to help restructure existing Living Blueprints created by DeSA or by a licensee.

The DeSASim Business Explorer and Business Explorer - Shared Source systems include the same Living Blueprint Development package as DeSA Planning Consultants and Partners use --- meaning that clients licensing those products can develop real-world Living Blueprints by themselves or with whatever amount of DeSA assistance they desire.
