Example:

A company is integrating a new business they’ve recently acquired.  Using the DeSASim Living Blueprint protocol, key personnel of the new business – located in 3 different cities – prepare profiles of their current operations.  Their knowledge is shared with divergent opinions documented for analysis via separate Living Blueprints. 

When completed and calibrated – taking a few weeks time – these Blueprints can be combined with other profiles of the parent company, giving an integrated picture of the combined business – an analysis base of how the new organization might behave in the future.  As business conditions and opportunities change, this base can easily be updated.
